Welcome to Beeches Cottage Nursery
We are a family run nursery specialising in hardy cottage garden perennials, including many unusual and interesting varieties.
Visitors are more than welcome to wander around our garden where they can see more mature specimens of many of the plants we have for sale.
All the plants are grown by us on our nursery at 850ft.
We have also gained a reputation for our selection of hanging baskets, and we can refill any container for you.
We can also plan and plant a cottage garden for you, or simply provide you with the advice and plants for you to do it yourself.
What makes us different?
The nursery is part of our working smallholding where we keep breeds of sheep, chickens, ducks and geese, and many people visiting the nursery can be found sitting watching the ducks on the pond or hand-feeding the geese.
Recently we have been hosting visits from schools which has been a rewarding experience for both us and the children - the look on some of the childrens faces as they hand-fed the animals was unforgettable, as for most of them it was a first time experience.
